The New Year for training at FQM got off to a great start.
Our Chris Docherty delivered in-house ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor training to a group of delegates from Aberdeen client Airpak Bukom, and here’s what they had to say about this course.
The course was really informative and I learnt a lot. The trainer was approachable, friendly and had great knowledge. He asked the right questions about our business to reflect what we did and didn’t need to learn. I didn’t feel silly asking questions which were perhaps obvious to everyone else.
The course was really good and covered all of the levels of experience of the participants. The learning materials will be a great reference point ahead of completing Internal Audits in the future. Chris was really good at running the course, he made sure everyone understood the material and answered all of our questions.
